The self-defense workshop is an open-enrollment session to help you learn techniques to defend yourself in the case of danger. This 90 minute workshop will focus on the following self-defense fundamentals:
- Basic strikes and kicks
- Verbal and psychological self-defense tactics
- Wrist escapes
- Pepper spray training
Kuk Sool Won offers scheduled open-enrollment Self Defense Workshops, but you can also schedule a private workshop for your group.
