White Belt - Etiquette
At Kuk Sool Won of Clemson, we emphasis respect, safety and self-control. Students are awarded their WHITE BELT after they have shown that they know how to act like a martial arts student.
Students must demonstrate how to bow in and out of class, respect others, stand still, listen and follow directions (age specific expectations). Appropriate responses when spoke to – “yes Ma’am” or ” yes Sir” when spoken to. e.g. Instructor: “Are you ready for a White Belt?” Student responds: “Yes Ma’am”
- Students must attend at least 8 classes and be invited by the instructor to test.
- The testing sheet should be returned with payment
- The student will be tested as many times as necessary to pass
