Junior (Beginner) (M/W)

The Junior Program is a beginner martial arts program in Kuk Sool Won. A traditional Korean martial arts program that develops self-defense, fitness, confidence, and leadership training for kids ages 8 until early teens (12-14).
Most students at this age train twice a week. While it is possible to train only once a week, it is not advised and promotions are typically slower (and this also requires more home practice)
